Today i want to share with you guys butter chicken recipe.
butter chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken thigh (debone and cube)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 red chilli
- 2 chilli padi
- 1 stalk curry leaves
- 230ml evaporated milk (depend on how thick do you want your sauce is)
- salt and pepper
- chicken marinate: salt/pepper, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 egg, 1 tsp curry powder.
Method:
- Firstly, you must marinate the chicken for the flavour and crispy texture
- Fried the chicken in deep fryer or you can brown it in nonstick pan.
- After the chicken cook, set aside.
- Heat the pan with butter and fry chillies and curry leaves till fragrant.
- Pour the evaporated milk and salt and pepper for taste
- Last but not least, add chicken and cook for awhile.
- Serve while it hot.
